Cystic Fibrosis affects so many people around the world and it's only when you actually meet
someone with CF or know someone that you truly understand what life is like for a sufferer or family
of someone with CF.

my sister laura!
my sister laura died age 3 months on the 27th of august 1985. i was not born then so i did not know her. it hurts so much not being able to look up to her as a big sis but i know she is an angel in heaven now and the brightest star in the sky.

Gone from my arms but never from my heart.
My daughter Sami, passed away on 15th August 07 of CF, she was 20. A day doesn't go by without my heartbreaking again, when I realise it's no dream and she isn't here. If I know my daughter at all i'm sure she's up there organising a get together to see who has the worst nurse story or exchange gossip on socks (she had a thing for whacky socks). My thoughts are with all the families that have lost someone to this illness. Love to all the CF peeps up in heaven. Marie (Sami's mum) xxx

my baby girl was diognosed with cf in feb 08 at 5 weeks old i am thankful she is stll with us after the first 4 months in intensive care and two ops shes a fighterxx my heart goes out to people who has lost someone to cf and also those people who are still fighing it and those who are living with it is such hard work but its worth it to have my little princess with me xxx
